You will have overall responsibility for all Programmes and Services within Service Design, Service Transition, and Implementation within the Business Transformation Programme, with a budget of £120 m over 3 years. There are currently 150-200 projects within this key area.

You will have the following -

• Experience of leading and managing a similar size Service Design Authority  community

• A comprehensive understanding of industry standard PM & Service Delivery methodology (including ITIL) allied to a good understanding of Infrastructure and good practise associated with Infrastructure delivery.

• Strong track record within the Financial Services industry

• Exceptional leadership, planning, organising and people management skills and an ability to build, recruit and develop high performing teams.

• Good resource management skills to provide a consistent level of excellent service for constantly changing requirements.

• Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships across internal teams, departments and external suppliers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical issues into non-technical language thus allowing non-technical management to make appropriate decisions

You will be extremely business focussed with an indepth knowledge of complex IT Transformation programmes.

The client is setting up a sensitive and secure data centre and you will have experience of doing this before. You will have strong planning and Project Management skills within a current data centre environment, planning where networks, desktops, printers etc will be, in a certain area. You will need to have the following -
