<p>My Staffordshire based client is recruiting for an Application Support Developer, to step through .NET and SQL Server code to troubleshoot live issues. You would not be expected to carry out development on large projects.</p>

<p>This would be the ideal role for a computing graduate who needs to gain experience of software development but already has some coding knowledge. This role has a clear progression route into development within 18 months or so, so is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate with some commercial VB.NET, Winforms and SQL Server experience in a commercial environment, who is keen to work with a fantastic market leader and develop their career.</p>

<p>Local Government Project Manager &#8211; Central Bedfordshire &#8211; 12 month contract</p>

<p>My Local Government client requires a Project Manager with procurement experience, ideally within the public sector. You will be Prince II Certified and will manage a procurement process, to secure a private sector provider to deliver a broadband plan,</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p>The contact will be for an initial period of 12 months and will focus on the management of the Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK) procurement process to ensure that the business and its partners secure best value for money through the procurement process and that the desired outcomes of the Joint Broadband Plan and Local Broadband Plan will be delivered.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The post holder will be responsible for managing a procurement process (approximately £3.6 million) utilising the BDUK procurement process to contract with a private sector provider to deliver broadband infrastructure throughout Central Bedfordshire. This will involve leading an internal project group (including representation from procurement, legal, ICT, economic development, communications, planning, and highways inputs) and an external partnership group</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is a long term 12 month contract, and you will have proven experience in the following -</p>

<li>Project Management</li>
<li>Procurement</li>
<li>Public Sector</li>
<li>People Management</li>

<p>My financial services client is seeking an experienced RACF Systems Programmer significant experience in an IBM z/OS technical environment using RACF. Practical experience in the implementation of RBAC in a zOS / RACF environment.  Access / role discovery, access “cleansing” and implementation of RBAC maintenance processes. RACF Security Engineer / Analyst skills &#8211; implementation of systems / processes to proactively manage access to resources in testing , UAT, Prod environments. Generation of RACF zOS security metrics for progress reporting &amp; BI / MI.  Skilled in RACF to a high technical standard including customisation, maintenance utilities, RRSF, Digital Certificates, auditing and hardening techniques, performance tuning, protecting USS and implementing the z/OS LDAP <strong>-</strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Desirable Skills</span></strong><br />
Skilled in the full IBM Security zSecure Suite;  Appreciation of industry standards, policies and best practices, to support infrastructure security and reduction of risk, particularly ISO27001 and PCI DSS;  Well developed skills and demonstrated abilities to deliver core work in an IBM z/OS Mainframe environment;  Awareness of the security options for z/OS and ISV products and the impact of intra-company/external interfaces with the mainframe; Self motivated and familiar with working in an ITIL framework and toolset;  Service focussed and able to manage issues and obstacles proactively, innovative in overcoming problems.</p>
<p><strong>Key skills required for this role are:</strong></p>

This will include involvement in all of the project life-cycle elements including definition of requirements, monitoring and review of development and design activities, witness testing and ensuring adequate test coverage and providing integration support.</li>

<p><strong>ICT Service Desk Support/1st Line Support/Helpdesk- 1st Line, Outlook, Password Reset, Microsoft Products, ITIL &#8211; West Midlands, Staffordshire &#8211; £9.77 per hour</strong></p>
<p><strong>My Public Sector client is looking for a ICT Service Desk Supporter to join a busy team and work in a fast paced environment. You will have previous experience dealing with users issues over the telephone and try and resolve as many issues as possible at 1st level. </strong></p>

<p><strong>You will be experienced in Outlook, SAP Password Resets and Microsoft Products as well as having an understanding of working the ITIL Framework </strong></p>

<p>Our Southern-based Insurance client is looking to recruit a Project Manager with skills and experience in the Insurance sector &#8211; You will need to have worked on software/product development and e-commerce projects, have an understanding  of the sales of finance/insurance policies and  also in understanding and meeting customer needs.  The successful applicant will be working with Stakeholders to manage the creation and deployment of new products to the insurance sector.  You will be checking requirements against the customer journey map, developing software to meet these requirements and support the development/deployment process where needed.</p>

<p><strong>1. E-commerce software/product development</strong></p>
