It will also be fully optimised to work with the job boards and agency database search criteria so that you gain maximum visibility of roles and opportunities that are available via these sources.

Over 70% of all UK vacancies are advertised on the internet via job boards and other on line sites, so understanding how they work is essential to the success of your job search activities. The session will include information on how to find the 'hidden jobs' via routes you would not normally use.

This one hour session will teach you how to use the internet correctly to search out the right role for you and build your job search strategy.

Good preparation is key to successful interviewing. Our consultants will coach you in a number of skills and techniques in order that you perform to the best of your ability on the day. You will receive guidance on how to respond to different interview and questioning techniques, body language and your communication style. Your confidence will grow when you have had the opportunity to practice your newly acquired skills so the session includes a section on re-enacting previous situations and role playing for new ones in a safe and confidential environment. This personalised coaching will provide you with all of the tools and techniques you need to ensure interview success.

All sessions are based on a one to one basis at Omnium's Offices in Staffordshire. Support may be provided by telephone by arrangement.
