Omnium IT Recruitment is a major supplier of IT Personnel, Outplacement Services, Technical and Psychometric testing across UK Markets. As part of our quality assurance measures we want you to understand the way in which we gather and record your personal information, and how this will be used by us.

Your Company and Employee Details
Omnium IT Recruitment will gather information about your company and employees including but not limited to your company name, address, telephone number, company registered number; employee names, job titles, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
Omnium will collect this data and process at our head office in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Once in possession of this information we may use it for:
- Forwarding you the CVs of candidates suitable for open vacancies
- Contacting you to discuss using Omnium IT Recruitment to fill your current vacancies
- Necessary processing during a contract assignment
- Keeping you informed of goods and services offered by us, our group companies or our business partners, relevant to your sector and your professional interests.
- Contacting you in order for market research

Outsource UK Ltd is an iProfile Compatible Organisation;
Omnium is a subsidiary of Outsource UK Ltd and is, for the purposes of this contract, bound by the same terms and conditions as Outsource UK Ltd. Omnium Staff members may be provided access to the Outsource Uk Ltd candidate pool for the purpose of candidate searching
Outsource UK Ltd collects candidate's personal information for the purpose of creating an iProfile for the candidate;
The candidate's personal information may be disclosed to iProfile for the purpose of creating an iProfile;
The candidate's personal information contained in the iProfile may be shared with other Recruitment Agencies that the candidate has previously provided his/her CV ;
The candidate consents to the use and disclosure of his/her personal information in this manner.
